Returns for Dissatisfaction or Size Issues:
If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase or if the size does not fit correctly (despite ordering the correct size), they may return the item.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost in these cases.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Returns Due to an Error by Sneakers VIP:
If an incorrect size, style, or defective item is received due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return label.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges for a different size or style are allowed within 14 days of receipt.
The returned item must be in its original condition, and customers may need to cover the cost of shipping the new item unless the exchange is due to an error by Sneakers VIP.
